I love my house! Steve and his crew did large addition and remodeling job on our home in WLE. We met just before the height of the COVID pandemic in 2020 to discuss our project and in spite supply shortages and other delays they completed the job pretty quickly and we were in by summer’s end. We added a dormer to second floor, a 2nd floor full bath and guest bedroom, a large living room wi. fireplace and a laundry/pantry/storage room. We remodeled the kitchen, main floor bathroom and replaced all the flooring on both levels. Steve was easy to work with, did everything we wanted and gave us some great suggestions. He suggested things we never would have thought of with attention to the details. After 3 years in our “new” house there isn’t one thing we would change. The work is impeccable and everyone at Sollenne was helpful, friendly and communication was great. We highly recommend Steve and Sollenne Homes!
